I have two young people. A 21 year old with a rare condition called Rett syndrome who is 24:7 care. Even with NDIS it’s tough. Then her younger brother has ASD and he keeps me on my toes. Haven’t worked for 5 years but am kept busy. I attend wellways/carers events when I can get the 17year old to school. Pretty stressful. Currently studying but it’s so exhausting with placement requirement and needs of kids.
