Hi – after reading so many stories here, I know I am not alone I am fulltime carer for my 67 year old hubby who has Huntington’s Disease His 58 year old sister has also just been diagnosed so I am helping a little with her too.

It is a demanding situation but absolutely necessary. I am always longing for more sleep & wishing I could just go & do things when I would like, as I used to. This is no longer possible so I am making our home a beautiful place to rest & relax when I get a minute here & there. It doesn’t seem fair on my man of 46 years, but he says – EVERY DAY IS A GREAT DAY, & asked me to set up You Tube Channel to encourage others no matter what the problem is. His positive attitude helps myself & our family on this very difficult journey. Yes I pray & wish I had my old hubby back as normal but at least we have this time to enjoy as much as possible for now. Happy for a chat anytime if it helps you to move forward.
