Trevor - VIC
I have been my wife's carer for 30 years. She has multiple disabilities - an acquired brain injury (ABI) since birth, severe deafness and joint problems resulting from Ricketts as a toddler. She is a beautiful woman, don't get me wrong. I love her, we have 2 daughters with 4 grandkids and our 5th grandkid is on the way next year. It's been hard. She has the NDIS plan, but I had no support in 5 years. It's been hard for us with what's happened in the last 2 years, but we can't wait to see what the future holds for us.
