Being a young carer aged 16-25 years old can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging to find time to focus on your own wellbeing. This session is designed to help you explore self-care in a way that feels realistic, meaningful, and specific to you!

Using a Wellbeing Framework, we’ll look at how your personal values, lifestyle, and preferences can help shape self-care practices that genuinely work for you.

During the session, you’ll:

- Explore the difference between coping strategies and self-care practices

- Learn how your personal values can guide the way you look after your wellbeing

- Identify self-care approaches that fit your individual needs, interests, and circumstances

- Understand how a Well-being Framework can help you build sustainable habits that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing

- Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, develop new self-care habits, or simply take some time to focus on yourself, this session will provide practical tools and ideas that you can use in everyday life.

💚 Take some time for yourself, connect with others, and discover practical ways to support your wellbeing.
