Carers NSW, the Carer Gateway provider in Central Coast, Hunter, New England and North Coast of NSW, is recognising and celebrating carers across the state during National Carers Week 2026.

We’re celebrating National Carers Week (11–17 October), and what better way to say thank you to carers than with a free day at the movies!

Sit back, enjoy a free movie, grab a complimentary treat from the candy bar, and collect a 2-for-1 cinema voucher at the end of the film for your next movie outing.

Back by popular demand, our Movie Day Out events prove popular with carers and the people they care for. Come and celebrate National Carers Week with us at a special screening of Practical Magic 2.

Each Movie Day Out event commences at 9.30am with the movie starting at 10.00am.
