Mental Health Carer Walking Group is a therapeutic group program designed for people aged over 18 who are supporting a loved one with a mental health challenge.

Attendees will join us in walking along the Carnarvon Fascine, admiring the ocean, beach, mangroves and distant ranges.

This workshop provides a safe, welcoming and confidential space for carers to connect with others who understand the realities of supporting a loved one with a mental health challenge. Facilitated by experienced Helping Minds staff, the group focuses on connection, emotional support, shared understanding and practical wellbeing strategies.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Share experiences and concerns in a supportive and non-judgemental environment
Connect with other Mental Health Carers who understand the carer journey
Build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing

This group is therapeutic, offering emotional support and education. It is not a clinical or counselling service.
