A social support group for Carers caring for a person with a memory impairment. The group meets bi-monthly to share experiences in an environment where they feel safe and understood.
Join us for a relaxing morning at Yeramba Farmstay with a variety of wonderful activities on hand and magical photo opportunities! Then to indulge in a delicious lunch before boarding the bus back home!
