Presenter is Relationship Counsellor, Mrs Ranka Joyce, who will provide strategies, tips and tricks for managing scary thoughts that will help you cope with these thoughts and balance your caring role.

This event is held in collaboration with Carer's WA. Meet their Southwest Coordinator Julie Milloy who will attend our morning tea. This is a public event, all welcome.

National Carers Week is an annual event that recognises and celebrates the more than 3 million Australians who provide unpaid care to family members or friends with disability, mental health conditions, chronic or terminal illnesses, alcohol or drug issues, or frailty due to age.
The 2026 theme, “Care for a Carer: Making carers visible,” highlights the importance of acknowledging carers’ contributions and encourages communities to support and care for them.
