Exploring ambiguous grief and loss is a therapeutic workshop aimed at adult mental health carers. This workshop aims to explore the understanding and impact of ambiguous grief and loss on the person and family, while finding different ways to express the emotions and feelings within.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

develop an understanding of grief and loss
explore the impact of grief and loss on a person and family
develop ways to manage and cope with the elements of grief and loss
develop connections with like-minded people
