Exploring ambiguous grief and loss is a therapeutic workshop aimed at adult mental health carers. This workshop aims to explore the understanding and impact of ambiguous grief and loss on the person and family, while finding different ways to express the emotions and feelings within.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
