9.30 - 10.15am Slow Flow Yoga

11am - 12pm Tai Chi
Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, known for its gentle, flowing movements that promote balance and inner peace.
11am - 2pm Relaxation Seated Massage
Every carer will be treated to a 15-minute rejuvenating and relaxing seated massage session. Let your stress melt away.
12pm - 1.30pm Lunch & Coffee
Enjoy lunch and barista made coffee while you connect and mingle with other carers.
1pm - 2pm Kokedama Making
Relax and learn how to make an ancient Japanese art of planting with moss and strings.
